The above advertising rates are for camera ready artwork submissions in eps, pdf, tif, or jpg format. Tif or jpg submissions should be 300dpi. Any images embedded into an eps or pdf should also be 300dpi. Microsoft Word documents are not an accepted format, but we can prepare your ad for you for an additional $50, using your Word document as a guide.

Vendors will receive an 8' banquet table with white linen drape and 2 chairs.
